How do I claim an office profile?
Open the office profile page and select "Claim Office." You must be signed in as a verified dentist. Unlike a dentist profile claim, an office claim is reviewed by our team before management access is granted, because it controls how a whole practice is represented. Including ownership or licensure context in the notes helps speed up that review.
Who can claim an office
Any verified dentist who owns or manages the practice. Up to three owner dentists can share one office, and an associate can list the office under Where I Practice without claiming it.
What happens after you submit
The claim shows as pending on your dashboard. Our team checks it against public records, usually within a few business days, and emails you when access is granted. You can then edit hours, services, insurance, the team roster, and the office logo, and add the Verified Independent badge to your website if the classification applies.
