The foundation badge. This dentist is who the license record says they are, and they stand behind their public profile.
Contributor
Earn 3 transparency points by keeping dental data accurate.
An active steward of the directory: corrections, additions, and verified updates that help patients trust what they read.
Super Contributor
Earn 10 transparency points through approved contributions.
The top tier of earned recognition. A consistent record of improving the accuracy and transparency of dental data.
Complete Profile
Fill out every section of your profile: photo, bio, specialty, education, an active office, procedures, and languages.
Patients see the full picture. Awarded automatically the moment your profile reaches 100% complete, and it stays as long as your profile stays complete.
Ambassador
Become your state's Ambassador: one claimed, license-verified dentist per state, selected by our team.
The official voice of dental transparency for their state. Ambassadors receive the Dentist Pro Bundle free and a listing on the Ambassadors page.

How to earn points
Claiming your own profile is instant. Office corrections and additions are reviewed by an admin before points are awarded.
Claim your dentist profile
Dentists who claim and verify their own profile earn 1 point automatically. No waiting for review.
Correct or delete an office record
Spot a wrong address, bad phone number, or closed office? Submit a correction or deletion. You earn 1 point when an admin approves it.
Add a missing office
Know a dental practice that isn't on the map? Add it. You earn 1 point once it's reviewed and approved.
Refer a colleague
A dentist you refer claims their profile and names you on the claim form. You earn 1 point the moment their claim verifies.

Top contributors are ranked publicly on the leaderboard. Points are permanent and cumulative. There's no expiry.
